Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of ground shipping. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Policy for the US

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $9.99, by default, we use USPS First Class, Priority, or UPS Ground, depending on package weight and destination. Once shipped, it normally takes 3-9 business days to deliver. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us and provide the shipping address details so we can calculate the cost.

Shipping Policy for Canada

  • The estimated delivery time is approximately 10-15 business days.
  • By default, shipping fees include customs duties.
  • For orders exceeding $120 or if you wish to handle customs duties by yourself, kindly contact our Support Team.

Shipping Policy for EU Countries*

  • The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days.
  • By default, shipping fees include customs duties.
  • Due to the higher shipping costs to EU countries, free returns are not applicable for orders within the EU. Refunds for returns will be processed based on the actual return shipping cost. Shipping fees will also be refunded according to the actual circumstances during the refund process.
  • For EU orders exceeding $200 and German orders exceeding $361, kindly contact our Support Team.

United States, Canada, Hong Kong, and EU countries. Shipping costs and customs charges for deliveries to other nations will be calculated based on your orders.

International Shipping

We are sorry that the international shipping service is not supported for the time being. Kindly get in touch with us if you require bulk purchases in your country.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

  • Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
  • Order is pending credit approval and verification.
  • A product is currently out of stock.
  • An order that requires customization.
  • An order is shipped to a remote country.
  • Order security verification.

Shipping Policy for Customized Products

Custom orders take longer than ordinary orders on the website. If it is a retail order (not more than 10 units), it normally takes 3-5 business days; if it is a bulk/wholesale order or you have any specific requirements, please send us an email to confirm the timeline.
