Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of ground shipping. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For customized products (quantities of 10 or fewer), please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
For bulk/wholesale custom orders, please contact us to confirm the production timeline before ordering.
