Questions from business buyers
What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum for standard products. Use code Epicka for 10% off, or request a quote on 20 units or more, in any mix of products, for 20% off. The two discounts can't be combined. Custom logo orders start at 10 units.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Depending on the product, we may charge a sample fee, which we refund when you place your bulk order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, online payment (Apple Pay and PayPal), and ACH bank transfers. If you need payment terms, we'll review your business first and decide case by case.
Do bulk orders include a warranty?
Yes. Every unit comes with the same 2-year warranty. If the products were given as gifts, the recipient can make a claim by sending us photos of the product and the label on its body.
Can I mix models in a custom logo order?
For laser engraving, yes: any mix of models counts toward the 10-unit minimum. For screen printing and UV 3D color printing, it depends on the models and your artwork, and we'll confirm it with your quote.
How long does custom branding take?
Custom branding usually requires a longer production lead time. Share your target date when you request a quote, and we will confirm the best schedule for your order.
